| i finally got around my laziness and decided it's time to max out everything and beat the EX game which i never got arsed to do :P
I always found it weird that there seemed to be no way of actually getting all your equipment stats to 999 but
i was wrong afterall, as there is a way 
take a note at my level and bonus points :P
as you can see, i farmed almost 50000 bonus points in one level. (that's +500 to gear stats :P)
This is only possible in EX-Game, on the floors 51-60 on chrysler building.
in these floors, there are squirrel enemies that give you 2 EXP and 250 BP per monster, which means
that you can basically farm unlimited BP here. Though, be warned, maxing out everything requires roughly
600000 BP. (that's assuming your gear stats start from 0, so the real number is a bit less)
EDIT: it appears that the max amount of BP per level is somewhere around 60k - 64k,
after this point the counter RESETS!, meaning if you go over it, you only get the amount of BP that went over the limit.
Im simply too lazy to reverse engineer the game to see whether it's a bug or an actual feature but anyways, it's there.

to reduce the burden of BP farming a little, you can always get the a weapon with high base stats like the handgun im using here.
USP-TU is the most powerfull handgun in the game (highest base stats.)
i've seen many guides and write-ups about the best weapons in the game and they all mistakenly tell you to just take 300 junk to wayne and pick up any weapon. Now, it's true that doing this will land you a weapon of any type with stats higher than anything you can find, BUT...
to get the weaps with actually highest base stats, you need to let Wayne decide what to make.
Doing this has a chance to either give you a handgum a rifle, a grenade launcher, shotgun, or a rocket launcher.
Theres also a chance you only get junk though, so save your game before letting him do anything.
the weapons you get from Wayne if you let him decide the weapon type are different than the ones you get from picking a type yourself.
like my handgun here:
if you pick a handgun, you get either
DE50AE7 with stats 125/56/17 (total 198) or
SP1C with stats 120/69/20 (total 209)
but if you let wayne decide, you might land with
USP-TU with stats 116/88/31 (total 235)
same applies to any other weapon type, the strongest of any category is only obtained by letting him decide it for you.
as for armor, the best armor in game is CR Armor 2 which can be gained from Chrysler building floors 61-70 (the item order per floors is random so it can be in any floor from this range.) This armor has stats of 107/104/51 and can be expanded to have 10 effect slots. Mind you, if you go to floors 61-70 to get this armor, you have to kill the boss in floor 60 and make any floor below floor 61 have no battles, so you can say farewell to farming BP on squirrels. so make sure to pump whatever armor you're using to full bonuses before going for this one, and then just transfer the stats to the new one.
At this point you'll be getting the last rare trading cards anyway so moving stats isnt an issue, since giving Wayne all 14 rare T-Cards will land you a super toolkit (unlimited super tools.)
anyone else have silly obsessions of maxing out things in games for no reason ? :P
